Olivia has been making sweet treats since she was a little girl, baking at home with her mum, dad and grandma to bring smiles to all those lucky enough to be a taste tester!
Since living in Australia, Olivia created The Secret Ingredient Bakery, bringing over 250 cupcake flavours to the markets of the Lower North Shore of Sydney. Realising cupcakes were way too difficult to ship, she pivoted to create a product that met a couple of needs - lazy gurl sweet treats that could be shipped easily and would be ready whenever you need them!
How Quickie Cookies were born
A turning point for Quickie Cookies was attending the Foodpreneurs Festival in 2025, where they were named as a highlight product by the professional taste testers at the Food Entrepreneur Academy. Seeing a group of industry professionals understand and appreciate her product gave Olivia the boost she needed to kick Quickie Cookies into the next stages of development!
